Based in Seattle, OOKKEES is the leading small business financial services company in the Northwest.  We are one of the only true virtual financial services companies in the United States.  As an affordable alternative to employee-based bookkeeping solutions, OOKKEES is committed to delivering the highest standards in customer service and strives to exceed the expectations of each client we serve. In addition to our experience with the US Dollar, OOKKEES has experience in managing various international currencies and working in highly inflationary economies.

As the principal of OOKKEES, Paul Matthewson, has been infused with bookkeeping best practices for the greater part of his life.  His first contact with the double-entry bookkeeping system came in Central Africa where his family maintained accounts for their mission station in four different and volatile currencies.  Mr. Matthewson’s early introduction to Quickbooks was as the Student Accounts Manager for a disaster relief training organization where he was in charge of over 600 student accounts.  Mr. Matthewson also has extensive experience in working with non-profits.
