Q.1 What file types can I send through the Client Services input?
We currently support PDF, TXT, TIF, DOC, and XLS files. If there is another file type that you wish to upload, please contact us.
Q.2 Can I continue to do my own bookkeeping and just have OOKKEES handle payroll?
Yes, we support customized service selection upon request. Feel free to contact us and we'll help you discover the best program for your organization.
Q.3 Is my data secure?
Yes, the OOKKEES server is protected by 128-bit encryption SSL and physically disconnected from the Internet when not in use. To safeguard against natural disasters, a secondary backup of your data is secured offsite and updated regularly.

Q.1 Do you offer an incentive for me to prepay beyond the month to month requirement?
Yes, if you are 100% satisfied with the service you've received from OOKKEES, we offer the following prepayment discounts: Prepay three-months 1%, half year 4%, and one year 10%. Interested? Let us know.

Q.1 Where does the name OOKKEES come from?
Bookkeeper (ing) is the only common word in the English language with three consecutive pairs of letters, bOOKKEEper. Therefore, OOKKEES.com.
Q.2 Where is OOKKEES located?
OOKKEES serves a nationwide clientele with offices in the greater Seattle area.
Q.3 How often do I need to upload data to OOKKEES?
There is no requirement for inputting data, however we can't do our job until we receive it. If you want reports on a certain date we need to receive the data in time to process it and send the reports back to you.
