Do I need to buy or download any software?
This depends on the option that you choose. The software requirements will be explained by the OOKKEES representative during your initial interview. If you choose SAAS, you will need to purchase a copy of the online software (Quickbooks Online). If you choose Remote Desktop, you will need to allow the service (GoToMyPC, WebEx or Secure VPN) to connect to your PC to access select files. File transfer requires that you have a copy of the utilized software on both ends.
How frequently do I need to send ?
Source documents should be sent weekly at a minimum. Some businesses will find it simpler to send source documents at the end of each business day. If your company processes only a few transactions, sending each time may be best.
How do I get my 1 week free trial?
